Andrea Jara, a Realtor Associate at Cervera Real Estate, brings a unique blend of international experience and strong business acumen such as project management, negotiation, and marketing.

Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Houston, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Management with a minor in Real Estate Investment from Harvard University.

With over a decade of professional experience in world-leading food service and hospitality organizations such as gategroup, Walt Disney, and Marriot, Andrea’s strength lies in being an excellent project and program manager, emphasizing organized, efficient, and transparent processes to enhance her customers’ experience in every step of the way. In her latest role as Global Director of Operational Standards at gategroup, the largest airline catering provider in the world, Andrea played a pivotal role in standardizing operations across +200 manufacturing facilities globally to achieve the highest product and process quality to deliver outstanding customer and operational performance. In addition, she supported the organization with a Business Development strategy to expand its products and operations into new markets and industry sectors across North America.

Fluent in Spanish, English, and intermediate in Portuguese, Andrea specializes in condominiums in Downtown Miami, Brickell, and Edgewater, as well as single-family homes and townhomes in Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and Key Biscayne. Having found her dream house in 2021, she is driven to help others discover the joy of living and investing in a place they love, reflecting her own experience of discovering happiness in a space that fulfills and inspires.
